Week 2

In Week 2, I worked with the goal of DESIGNING – Development pages including fabric and materials in color story. Before I started working, I made a to do list. My plans were 1. Mirroring 3d work that I did in the previous class 2. Scanning my sketchbook pages 3. Setting colorways 4. Setting fabric 5. Making development pages. First of all, I decided colorway. I made a colourway by referring to my digital collage research page to select the final color. I made collages based on pictures of gas stations in the past. Yellow, blue, and orange seem to be used a lot in old gas stations. Also, I chose the color considering the harmony of all the colors. I chose bright colors because I wanted my design to be lively.
